Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 15 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.

  Pack the Fragrance

  Ensure the perfume bottle is placed securely in its original packaging; please note that the bottle must be at least 90% full to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship to Hub

  Send the package back to our central warehouse using any reliable courier service and share the tracking number with our support agent.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement scent within 3 to 5 business days.
